Have stayed at the Sportsman’s Lodge a number of times and have never been disappointed.
The rooms are nicely appointed and maintained. Remember, this a mountain lodge not a 4 Seasons. Frank does a wonderful job of maintaining the property. Easy walk to the restaurants and stores. About a 4 mi. drive to Luna Lake Recreation Area.

We had our annual Famiiy Fishing Retreat and decided to stay at the Alpine Sportsman’s Lodge vs camping out this time. We loved our suite! It was all done in tongue and groove knotty pine that added to the ‘outdoors’ feel. The beds were MOST comfortable and it was great to have our own full kitchen set up with cable TV. We were spoiled by Frank and Phyllis. They are the host and hostess with the ‘mostest’! We lacked for nothing! The beds were MOST comfortable which made for a good night sleep and a refreshing day full of energy to enjoy the fishing and hiking! In the evenings the family played games around the table! We can’t say enough to express our gratitude for Frank and Phyllis contributing to a package full of memories for our family!
